Located about 30 km away from the Phong Nha cave, the Thien Duong cave is the dry entrance to Hang Vom (Arch cave). After 5 km of dry passage it meets the main river passage of Hang Vom, which is 15 km long. It is part of the Hang Vom system that is over 36 km long and comprises over 18 caves.
This cave features hundreds of stalactites and stalagmites of amazing beauty that have inspired its name which means ‘ Paradise Cave’. This is the third cave in the park that is open to the public. Its 700 m long walkway is illuminated by an LED lighting system that allows visitors to experience the splendour of this impressive river cave without disturbing its sediments.
Its stalactites and stalagmites have been formed over thousands of years and stir the visitors’ imagination. While on the wooden walkway, one cannot help but admire this gift of nature.
